At Black Rose Lab, we offer free shipping for all orders over $50 within the United States. For orders under $50, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. Returns & Exchanges
At Black Rose Lab, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team. Please note that all items must be in new and unused condition with all original tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse any returns or exchanges that do not meet these requirements.
